We love fun holidays that relate to Pie, like Pi Day. We all learned in school that pi = 3.14 (etc. etc.) so it's fun to celebrate math by eating real pie! We can't wait until next Pi Day when the pie shop is open and we can do fun promotions around Pi Day!
We have been testing out a recipe for a Chocolate Chip Cookie pie. It's so yummy! When you slice into it you can see the insides stay slightly gooey like the center of a warm chocolate chip cookie. Did you know the chocolate chip cookie was invented here in Massachusetts? In 1938 at a popular restaurant called Toll House Inn, a chef decided to chop up a chocolate bar and put it in a cookie!
Pie Shop update: Our final plans have been submitted to the Town of Norton! Soon we can start actual construction! Yay!
